    Be ready when the work is released, or say early when the date is not realistic.

  • Quality that passes verification

    Complete the work to the agreed standard and meet the required quality checks.

  • Realistic capacity commitments

    Commit the workforce you can actually support. Do not promise more than you can deliver.

  • Problems raised early

    Surface blockers while there is still time to solve them. Hidden problems get expensive.

  • Accurate commercial records

    Keep proposals, changes, documentation and closeout accurate and current.
