Private project demonstration

Experience an ABC Project.

See how ABC would organize and control a renovation program like yours before you award the work: from readiness and sequencing through production, materials, quality, exceptions and owner decisions.

Project demonstrations are prepared for owners, operators, asset managers and development teams evaluating ABC for an upcoming renovation program.

Illustrative project snapshot.

Explore an illustrative renovation program in ABC’s client-view format. Each unit or room has one of three statuses: Completed, In Progress, or On Notice. Delays, blockers, changes in sequence, and decisions are shown alongside the status. Open a unit for its overview or an activity for detail. This is example data, not a completed ABC project.

See how ABC would organize your renovation program.

A Project Demo is a private demonstration prepared around the program characteristics you provide. It shows how ABC would organize the work and the progress, issues, and decisions the owner would follow.

You should be able to understand how the renovation will be organized and controlled before you award the work.

What you will see

  • Program structure

How units or rooms are grouped and sequenced, with a start date, activity schedule, status, and conditions for each.

  • Schedule and sequencing

What starts when, which activities run concurrently, and how dependencies or changed conditions affect the sequence.

  • Readiness and release

Which units are on notice, which are ready, when each is planned for release, and why work has or has not been released.

  • Materials, where they affect progress

An example of a material delay: the affected activity, expected delivery, and any work that can proceed while it is pending.

  • Quality, where it affects release or completion

The quality checks within a unit, their results, and any corrections required before the next activity or client walkthrough.

  • Blockers, exceptions and owner decisions

What changed, its effect on the work, ABC’s response, and the decisions the owner needs to make, with defined options where available.

  • Planned and actual progress

Where each unit is ahead, on schedule or late, the stated cause, and the current projected completion.
